Quizziz. Our activity

 By this app we designed an interactive activity. 



The objective is learning English and key information about the ICT. 

Quizizz features: 

  1. Instructor paced lessons/Quizzes: Teachers control the pace; the whole class goes through each question together.
  2. Student paced lessons/Quizzes: Students progress at their own pace and you see a leaderboard and live results for each question or lesson.

  3. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): Students always see the content on their own device, be it  PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

  4. Access to millions of Quizzes: Import any public quiz as-is, edit and customise them.

  5. (Quiz + Lesson) Editor: Choose from 5 different question types to add images, video and audio to teleporting questions from other quizzes and lessons.

  6. Reports: Get detailed class-level and student-level insights for every quiz. Share with parents/guardians to monitor student progress.

  7. Options to Customise: Options to customize your quiz sessions to toggle the level of competition and speed.

  8. Sharing & Collaboration: Share your quiz with other instructors and/or ask them to be collaborators.

The use of films in education.

The use of films or publicitary spots can be a good tool to practice listening and speaking. We have proposed the following activity:  In this activity the students will have to make a dub from Spanish to English from the film’s scene. The purpose of this activity is to highlight the differences language can make on scenes from different countries (changing the way a sentence is told… etc.) and to strengthen oral communication in English, as well as having to have a huge understanding of the language to come across with the correct translation.
